Even during these times of Corona, Avento has been working hard. We recently held a digital round table about our Field Service solution. Appliances such as taps, water softeners and coffee machines require maintenance. With the Field Service solution, you can detect problems before they occur, and deal with them efficiently on location.
Planning is key
Which engineer do I send out to respond to the problem – and where? How do I ensure the best schedule and the optimal route? How can I react quickly if an order is suddenly cancelled? This requires serious planning. With the Field Service solution, you have the proper resources in the right place at the right time. A simple mouse click in the app is enough to inform the engineer of their -changed- schedule.
Make it easy to manage your stock. The app records all the parts the engineer uses on site. And it subtracts the parts from the stock levels. This means that your stock is always up to date.
Fast and efficient
When the engineer arrives on site, the app will immediately display the type of maintenance required. With the accompanying checklist, tasks can be handled extremely efficiently. The customer only needs to sign the slip, and receives an invoice at a later time. No more red tape.
