Avento features on Kanaal Z with Charlier-Brabo Group
Just wanted to tell you that we were on TV, something we’re quite proud of. In the clip below, our General Manager Bart Vangramberen explains on Kanaal Z how Charlier-Brabo Group (CBG) is digitalizing with Avento and how they’re taking the step form midsize to large SME.
One of the key factors in this operation was the incorporation of FMCG365 by Avento, a CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics and Resco Mobile CRM. This allowed our team to work approximately 3,000 stores. “What is the potential and how can we actively contribute to the optimization of our offer? And this with regards to our product and price range as well as our displays. It’s all about efficiency and reducing a complexity to an understandable whole,” says Bart Vangramberen.
Avento listened to CBG’s concrete needs. The employees mostly have to do product introductions and assortment checks. “We tailored FMCG365 specifically to those needs, so they could do that even more efficiently,” says Tom Moortgat, Managing Director at Avento.
